New! Group Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability and Life:
Upon the initial start date/hire with The McIntyre Group, Associates have the option to enroll or decline our group health insurance. If the Associate chooses to enroll in medical insurance, you also have the option to enroll in dental, vision, short term disability, and life. For those Temporary Associates who choose to waive health insurance initially, they will have the opportunity to enroll again in our next annual open enrollment period.

401(k) Plan:
Temporary Associates can participate in The McIntyre Group’s 401(k) plan after meeting the initial requirements of working a minimum of both 1 year and 1,000 hours of service. They also must be currently working through The McIntyre Group to participate in the enrollment process and must have attained the age of 21 for eligibility purposes.
